No,it isn't.

i try it now.. its working.. but not permanently..

It only have the following features :

1. Do special emblem mission's
2. Recruit unlimited friends
3. u can use use special jutsus , but will be removed after removing fiddler...

So use carefully :D

if you create another character it get banned

how come instant learning skill is not working >.<....can someone fix that thing?

one thing i notice is that you'll have a refresh page when you go to normal free usermode while having an emblem weapon or skill, you need to unequip it or go back to embelm user mode ...

Little Challege... if you didn't leeched this.. update it... stop blabbering like "im not like botete" and still claiming you made this but cant even do a simple update... and if you really made this... show your proofs
