this thing dont work for me. when i clik on the DCtool11c on my desktop it dosent evan do like a pop up and i have conquer screen runing. do i need anything like java?

hmm doesnt seem to be working.
when i click load wile the loged char is on a rong name pops up.
runing on windoes vista (all uptodate)
and yes i did run it in administer mode like i am supose to
