Noob question sry, it spawn in just 1 o the corrds every 24 hours, or in all?

i have found people it realy have db devil but u must have 200+ potency to kill him and its better to use warrior or archer with earings

for everyone who wanted a screenie of db mob.. it looks same as other water devils but much higher defense/dodge and it does PHYSICAL damage not magic

this ones a bit older but note the locations for future reference
