So I followed the instrucions and I put all files where they have to be. I started s4 league then I started the Item Manager. I made a couple of profiles and then I equiped a permanent shotgun and +15 hp mastery. I tried to load a profile but it didn't work. I was naked all the time and it won't load the profile in a room either.

It coulnd't be that we don't need to unwear it?
