You must set frienship aside to make fair, important decisions.

Look back and read the whole thread before making another reply. I never flatout said "he" hacked us. I stated his "IP" was the hacker. I also stated a skype convo that fell into my hands. When he spoke up is when I questioned and tried to get support on solving. Him getting very defensive and having all these never posted before "friends" trying to back him up when they know nothing about anything other than "he wouldn't do that", doesnt solve anything. Saying all 3 names in the skype convo is faked when 2 ip's were traced back is absurd. One of his staff members is the one that gave me the convo but that irelevant too. (Maybe he was fake too /sarcasim.)

However, Ultimate is doing fine now other than a few DoS nubs.

I've been in the shaiya community for the better part of 3 year.
I know phish and prob know a good portion of the gm on p-servers.
And I give them the shadow of a doubt.

However.

Lets look at this as if Judge Judy was presiding over this.

Party 1: Phish has accused Ariez of mal-doing.

Party 2: Ariez now has to prove he didnt do it.


EVERYONE else who is just saying STFU, you have no clue, or is just here to say i know blah blah blah and he wouldnt do it.

ALL you need to just sit down and keep out of it.
Unless you can prove it wasnt ariez (and i dont me the krap your spewing right now).

I'll give 1 reason why a GM would do something to the 'Competition'.
He/she wants players to get frustrated with the servers being attacked and hope they go a server that is more 'secure'. And it would actually be a good idea for the hacker to do his/her own server at start then leave it alone, just to pass the buck, but also to show 'yah we were hacked, we fixed it, and have made changed and made more 'SECURE' and hasnt been hacked since.


So if you do NOT have proof for either side.
You have not real reason to post anything, all your doing is trying to dilute the post with Bull shyt.

Thing is, I don't know how to prove that I didn't do it because I mean, I just didn't do it. Phish could TV me for a bit and he can watch as I try to hack it (with his permission of course) and I wouldn't be successful because I don't know how :/ unless I just got crazy lucky. Other than that I don't know and I don't know if I would be open arms to that either, because I don't want to hack anyone elses server, I always just wanted to coexist with them and get tips and stuff when needed and provide if it was needed and I had the info, I really dunno what to do to prove it though.

I cant prove I didnt do it and judge judy would look it at that way becuz theres no real way of proving it. you sir dont know me if u think i care about having competition, i made a private server to give people something fun to do when theyre bored you know i dont expect anything out of it i just want people to have fun with it. and umm we couldntve had competition when this thread was posted anyway :s we just set up our donations page like 8 hours ago >.<

Why don't the accused just provide stuff to prove their innocence instead of gathering up a bunch of "buddies" to do attempt to do it for 'em? It doesn't work that way. People will continue to view you as guilty until some hard, legit proof is brought forward.
