maybe you should think about that:

Blizzard just started collecting Players using AMulti in order to hit the banhammer on more players.
Delayed banning is the usual stuff in online games.

then what about people who already got banned? if they are just gonna ban everyone in one big wave why are they banning a handful of people now?
