My account has been restricted for 4 days and needs an administrator to restore it. I have already submitted a ticket explaining the situation, but I have not received any response yet.
My application to join the Telegram channel has also not been approved. I have been using Hypervision for over a year and have never encountered this situation before. I wonder if the Hypervision administrators are experiencing some difficulties or troubles. Yesterday, the DMA loader for BF6 was still updated as expected, so I assume you haven't encountered any major problems. I hope to receive a reply from the administrators soon.

I see a lot of reviews on their customer support. I found them to be decently responsive. I inquired about DMA setup and they answered pretty much every question I had. I think the reason no slots on the external are open is because they're that good.

Unlink my old device from the dashboard, then switch to using the device, the account is restricted.

Purchase an additional device subscription, then switch to using a different device, the account is restricted.

Download the new client from the dashboard, then switch devices, the account is restricted.

Copy and transfer the same client from the old computer, use the same client on the new computer, then switch devices, the account gets restricted.

Every time I switch devices, I am extremely careful and afraid of making mistakes, trying out all kinds of operational steps. The result is that my account gets restricted.

Is the option on the dashboard to disconnect a device once a month just for show?Do you guys fucking allow users to switch devices or not?

Create a ticket request response, no reply for several days.

Continuously trying to apply to join your Telegram community, no reply for several months.

No fucking detailed steps, can't fucking reach nobody.

I am usually very busy, and sometimes I don't have time to play Call of Duty for an entire month. But for over a year now, in order to keep my external slots, I renew my subscription every month, even if sometimes I don't have a chance to use it for a whole month.

Fucking think I'm a dumbass? Pay money to get screwed over?
