I had the same thing.
Changed allot of things, tried allot of things but my guess what helped:
Open the billing - set authentication method from FULL to Simple.
Then in the TB_User table, change the servicecompany to 1.
When i did this, i was able to log in.
I do still have a problem with non-excisting accounts - they simply DC without any message. Yet, for me this is no problem since ill play on it with my daughter only.
Sidenote to consider for yourself:
The client (sro_client.exe) which supposed to be clean, has got a virus.
