I had the same thing.

Changed allot of things, tried allot of things but my guess what helped:

Open the billing - set authentication method from FULL to Simple.
Then in the TB_User table, change the servicecompany to 1.

When i did this, i was able to log in.

I do still have a problem with non-excisting accounts - they simply DC without any message. Yet, for me this is no problem since ill play on it with my daughter only.


Sidenote to consider for yourself:
The client (sro_client.exe) which supposed to be clean, has got a virus.

Am just downloaded the client and extracted it inside server files, but garden and petra still don't work, any solution please

Thanks for your excellent work !
I just got some DC with Low level quest Chinese and euro and got this message in GameServer Console :
Some GObjPC cannot be updated, JID(5), PC(aWizard:3), RegionInfo (0x0, x:27983, z:79)

This error when you have a active quest.
Any Idea ?
