That is because in technical terms (which is very important for the court) skyrant isn't a valorant cheat software, it doesn't interact with the game nor it modifies any game data, it doesn't read, receive, intercept or bypasses any game data in any way either.

The reason that we advertise in Elitepvpers Valorant section is not because we target valorant in any way as a product but simply because we know that Valorant is a game with a huge playerbase, players that also design and develop for example so we consider this section as a way to reach out to those people that could have use for a pixel hunting & action windows software in any way they please, keep in mind that this section is not clasified as a cheat market but rather a game marketplace in general.

As for that cease and desist email that enduty got, depending on the country he lives in, as long as it's from a certified mail server and the email itself is certified and registered as well and there is undeniable proof that the email address belongs to the person receiving the cease and desists, it apparently is enough to cease and desist, I wasn't aware of this until I reached out to my IT specialized lawyer so perhaps Enduty is telling the truth afterall, that being said his recent discount events right before this email does make it a very odd situation though but that could ofcourse be coincidental.

For anyone wondering, skyrant never received a cease and desist order or anything for that matter, however that also being said, read above which could be reasons why.

I'm sure that Riot is more focused on software that actually hurts their game and modifies data, software such as extra sensory perception (ESP) tools, Aimbots and hardware spoofers, skyrant is a pretty innocent tool compared to valorant cheats and we respect both Riot and Gamerdoc for the amazing hard work they do on a daily base to provide a safe, fair balanced and creative game environment for all Riot fans out there.

This will likely never happen, a cease and desist gives him an excuse to exit I guess. He isn’t obligated to return the money, whether he returns it or not depends on how nice of a guy he is tbh.
