So I've paid Jantaka on 23/06/2023, at first everything was going well, he was being completely professional and he understood that I needed the logo and product box in 1-2 days, on 24/06/2023 he sent me the first concept designs of the logo which I did not like so he confidently told me to wait patiently for him to send a revision which he did on 28/06/2023 and it still wasn't what I was looking for exactly so I told him that, to my surprise he stayed absolutely professional and told me that he'd try and make a new design with the characteristics I stated although now its 04/07/2023 and I havent heard back from him 6 days later, I do message him often to remind him but I cant get him to reply, I know that he's legit and would not scam but I still do not appreciate the absence of communication especially that my 1-2 day deadline had already passed.
I do not enjoy leaving bad reviews therefore I will adjust this post once or if I get what I paid for.

Made order, he delivered with delay. will order again.

Paid for a fully made website as a 1st layer before visiting the forum (3rd one on his thread design). Landing page, Product pages, Status page and so on.

Placeholder feedback

Positive:

• Delivery was within the discussed timeframe
• Fairly priced
• Fair payment agreement
• Very good design, hitting the colors and layout we use for our thread designs. Cool and refreshing overall design.
• Clean code. No converted bullshit many do with a lot of JS files being called and a pain in the ass to edit the website.

Negative:

• Minor bugs and design issues on the website, sent into revision and waiting for fixes.

Overall recommended, especially if you don't want to use Invision (like we do) or Sellix/Sellpass and have your own shop system.

Very understanding of exactly how i wanted things done, very nice and cheap for the quality. He offers multiple revisions for free, even though you probably wont need them. Anything GFX related this is your man.

I've been waiting a lot longer)) he does well - but sometimes disappears for a long time

Have paid Tenexy on — 06/21/2024 9:34 AM for a new Logo and animated thread design, was said to be delivered within 2-3 days, i've since been waiting for over 2 weeks with no communication

EDIT: Tenexy has since messaged me and assured me that the work did already start and that it would take another 2-3 days and he delivered after said delivery time, i'm happy with the out come and will for sure freelance him again (The delay was due to personal issues that he explained to me no need to elaborate here)

I have already written above. they do really well. but the communication problems are just terrible. I can get an answer to my question in 2-3 weeks.. and if it's an urgent matter and I'm not ready to wait that long... as a designer, I definitely recommend him - but if you have a limited time - think about it

so yea even if he makes nice designs, i wouldn't recommend him...

Order was delivered. Very high quality, especially for the price. However very bad customer support and failure to deliver on time by a lot. Also should not ghost his customers.
