as promised, here's my work on that filter uploaded to ya, as you can see i've attached a virustotal scan link to ensure that any unnecessary viruses aren't from my side, what's inside is not my concern and it's all open sources so you can check for any detours yourself, inside the rar i uploaded you'll find a certification and a folder named MGUARD_NETCORE, yup, that's the proxy, i might hear some stuff like 'oh no thats not what artuuro released halp mi' and stuff, yup, it's different but they're the same at the same time, i found that source at the very first beginning of the files release before Devsome deleted the links due to login creds. in the data, and whenever the link got restored, that source was gone, anyways i just happened to work on it, aside from stories, lets begin the installation "tutorial" :
-extract the rar above, go to the cert's inis, change xx-pc to your sqlexpress host and 127.0.0.1 to your server ip (if running on a localhost pc, then leave it as it is), once done delete packt.dat file in the cert, open the 1-compile.bat then open the cert and it should load, one thing to note here is NeVeR EvEr ToUcH ThE NoDeDaTa InI FilE which can be simplified as (don't fuck the ports up)
- now that the cert is done, you should have your serverfiles set up at the server.cfg, launch your server, and inside the server files, you'll find something called "MGUARD_CERTIFICATION.exe" that you never used, now its the time to launch it, it'll load a screen similar to a server module, if global server, machine and farm actually show blue screens inside, congrats you've won.
-now back to our trusty proxy, extract it, using visual studio open the Program.cs file, inside you'll find an sqlconnection statement, pretty straightforward to set up, below it the server ip and the proxy ip, pretty straightforward too, after doing that, compile it to a binary and run it.
-after running it, for you to be a success, 3 notifications should pop, which are :
-Database controls are provided.
-MGUARD database available.
-All checks are complete.
if these 3 pop up, hit Application on top left, and press Server start, you'll see 3 fatal notifications pop, you're then done with the filter, now to the client side.
-at the client side, open any ipinput tool, insert a division as the following : URL is your server ip, version is 188 (unless you updated your server at anytime), port is 1453
-now open your launcher and if the start button shows, CONGRATULATIONS, press it and it should open the client.
-whenever the client is loading, on top left screen of the filter there's a "(0)connecting user", if it turns into "(1) connecting user)", then you're actually a god.
-after the client loads, insert your id and password, and whenever you hit the start button, the (1) connecting user should be back to 0 and now what should change is the User in the Game below it.
-welcome notice should pop up and then you're fine.
messing up with the title and achievements can be done via the MGUARD database, its actually pretty straight forward and i guess it doesn't really require a tutorial to accomplish, if someone faces any problem post it here i will try to help fixing it, and as a last thing i can mention, this filter is actually really buggy, unstable and causes alot of problems itself, however, with everyone's efforts combined, we might be able to fix them, until now the only issue i faced was that alchemy notice wasn't configured to items below D12 i guess so enhancing any D11 or below item up +8 or above results in a disconnection.
Last thing is that All credits go to Artuuro_lv and his great release, he has the full copyrights of the filter and these files, and these files should shed some light on csro-r and we should start seeing some interesting stuff soon enough.
