this will be the most amazing thing EVER if i can get it to work for me ha. im tryin to get a working download of .net so i can try it, but whats the difference in 64 and 32 bit? how do i know which I am O.o

i got .net 3.0, figured out im 32 bit, tried it, and it still won't show me any clients to attach to. when i hit refresh the same error comes up, it says

System.IO.FileNotFoundException: Could not load file or assembly 'System.Core, Version=3.5.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b77a5c561934e089' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.

i got it to attach without error, but when i create the char it still shows last name

Get .NET Framework 3.5.

nah dude no errors.. nothing yeh using original conquer... patched up running as admin... like i said done the basic trouble shooting, and the program itself seems to run fine (i tried both btw) im still gettin a last name when i log on.

yah same, apears to run attach etc all perfectly, but isn't taking away the last name

Is your OS 64bit or 32bit?

And you're using the non-edited Conquer.exe that came with patch 5221, yes? And you attached the program to the Conquer.exe before creating the character?

ah i see. guess i'll pass the next few weeks farming ninjas. looking forward to a working 64bit version :)
