Lol they are adjusting the calculations so your stars me be a little bit off lately.

Activity in calculating sucks. Stars should be a user experience and reliability meter not activity. Wat when someone will be unable to login? Proportion of Posts and received thanks should be calculated to.
If someone have 5934 posts and 100 thanks means he/she are posting only to have high number.

well depends, maybe what the peron has posted is not helpful enough to receive the thanks but he tried :)
