How to Reverse Engineering NosTale?

The main issue here is you don’t ask the good question.
Is it possible yes you just need to find a exploit.
This is like asking is it possible to hack cia servers (yes you just need to find an exploit)
The question you are searching here is either:
Does anyone know how to do it right now? The answer is no, even if someone had all the knowledge I don’t know why they would share this and make it fix next week...
or
Can i reproduce this video (if it’s not a fake) ? The answer is no, even if it was working long time ago it has been fixed.

Ps: what you are searching for your damage exploit is a packet that contain the amount of damage and is not calculated on server side.
For gold it’s easier you just search a packet where some value are not checked like negative values...

Your are right Dmg exploit was never something that i did in NT but even because too i never tho about it. But even when there was a Dmg exploit in any kind of way its now fixed and like all other said already even when there is a way to hack gold etc they wont get public just find it out yourself?
