Es ist ein Fehler bei deiner TimeZone auf dem Server inkl. ein Fehler bei der Verbindung zum MySQl Server.

2. Solltet ihr erlich nicht ne Homepage auf dem gleichen Root wie der Server laufen lassen.
Das ist erlich schwachsinn.

Hollt euch nen Webspace wo man mit PayPal zahlen kann Notfalls bei Heihachi.
Heihachi rate ich ab da ihre Server bzw. Webspaces wirklich laggen.

undefined = undefiniert (unbestimmt, nicht erklärt), ergo er kennt die funktion garnicht und et voilà problem gelöst
du hast vergessen die entsprechende extension mit zu installieren
