I do not know what's problematic about that, that you ask you customers whether you are willing to talk to about your service or if you can call them for reference and I don't mean anonymously ;)

Not one customer would ever agree to have his steam account publicly linked here or to the allegation of cheating / getting unbanned afterwards. Some of them wrote reviews themselves of our service, either in other topics or other forums, or on the other platforms I mentioned, whereas others chose not to, which is perfectly fine, as I can understand their reluctance, fearing they might get reported / banned again.

I'll show you an example of exactly this kind of situation, granted it's from a different game:

Testimonials can be fake, like a lot of things now a days. Do you have current vouches of PUBG UNBANS? because i bought this service before for LoL, and it did not work at all. I was told you had many cases same as mine for scripting etc, and you have been successful but we didn't get anywhere. So myself from experience this is not worth your money, better off buying random shit accounts and dumping and taking the ban lol.

Well by that logic if testimonials are fake, so can vouches, so there's really no way around tin foil hats.

I would be interested in this service for my customers however.....

Again 'World of Warcraft' and when I asked you for further proof of your services actually working you said you can't provide proof because the so called 'customers' who used your service and succeed in getting their accounts back wanted to remain anonymous.

You clearly state that your services isn't guaranteed but you know there is a very low chance almost impossible to get their accounts unbanned so why create hope for innocent people who fall victim to your scam and post in the PUBG section

To this day I still don't understand how some of you can't define the word "scam". By this very logic, lawyers are "scammers" too, and maybe even doctors, as some treatments aren't 100% guaranteed to work either.

By this very same logic, you're scamming people as well, since they buy your software and then end up permanently banned, thus losing that money and all the money they've invested in the account, which is nothing compared to the price they pay for trying to get them unbanned. I know this a risk they're willing to take and agree to upon purchasing your software, but so is in our case, as we never promise a 100% success chance. Customers purchase our writing services to better word their tickets and defend them, and NOT the outcome per se, although it's understandable that's what both us and them aim for.

I used this service . He can't get unban . Don't waste your money and time for him .

In fact, we both know you scammed us and after receiving 8 out 10 letters, you decided to file for "Item not received" - isn't that exactly what happened? So no, your case wasn't concluded either way yet, or maybe it was.

More so, after filing for the dispute (read: scam), you mailed us to ask for the 9th ticket, which kind of defeats the purpose of claiming you never received the service, doesn't it?

If you wish, we can attach all the evidence we sent to PayPal in the resolution center, or send it to EPvP mods, so they can be the judges of what happened.

I bought this service around 2 years ago, to get my LoL Account unbanned, without any success. account was beta account with all champs and shitloads of skins. spent about 1k in this account, so that was the reason i tried that service.

it is not a real scam, because he sends you "prewritten" msg's.. but tbh i dont think you can get unbanned for using exploits/hacks - just my opinion

Thanks for your review, although we never send "prewritten" letters. Everything we write is based on your particular ban and case, and after the first letter, based on your case and what Support replies. Why did you feel like the tickets were prewritten though?

Just as an update, we've been having a lot of success with PUBG lately, however, and understandable, most of our customers are reluctant to post reviews. I'll see if anyone wishes to confirm it here.
