check your antivirus
disable it for the server folder

meh my friends was downloading the game and if u been active last few days on fb or discord we could made it better there was few problem that u can solve it to makes it enough to most of players ... closing the serv like that just making us dispointed from how u can run it and keeps on upgrade not giving up fast like u just did :/
anyway goodluck and hope to see another serv like that again .
