I have reported him several times for his blatant spamming outside of his server's thread as well. As you can see he is still here.

My guess: amad is epvp staffer that gets away with breaking the rules here. It is the only reason I can see why he is allowed to spam when others are given warnings and bans for posting meaningful responses.
