One easy way to balance a bit is to give 20% damage increase/absorb to CH chars, even like that euros will still own in pts..but at least people can have some chances to pvp vs euros.
Of course some euro skills must be removed: sleep from warlock, black res.

Make silk and silk items non-tradable. Don't be another "donators buy everything with silk in the first week" server. It lowers your profits, but it gives legit players a better chance. I don't know if I'm in the minority on this, but I've given up on SRO private servers until one comes along that has disabled silk trading in-game.

I won't judge if you decide to keep silk trading in the game like every other server, but I'm just not interested in playing then. Just keep in mind there's nothing old school about it.

So everyone who plays without paying money is fucked, cause its impossible to compete without prem/devil/dress

all they need to do is disable every single payment option who allowes to chargeback ;)

Please keep in mind to make rates high at beta test and give us some silks also to test everything in game :).
