game server wont load only under 1 condition if i enabled jangan only

Tried a bunch of different DB's and Data folders and cant get world to load.... wondering if its cause im running windows 10 and using mssql 2012

still get error with this DB but regular files work fine.

edit.. This gameserver isnt liking my data folder.
