It will be modified soon as well as the smaller bugs will be fixed in the game.
About the guild/job penalty. Since everything else is original, so are they.

I've just joined and there's one problem at Potion NPC who gives free sos at lvl. 1, 8, 16 etc.. I'm euro and I can get only CH sos items from potion npc :D
