it is saying exactly what the problem is

it says " mysql 4.0.18NT is NOT supported"

meaning , you are using a php version that is to high for that kind of mysql , lower your php version (your using php 6 or 5.3 ?? i use php 5.2.9 )

it could be that it is apache to ( apache 2.2 ? ) but then i would have the same error

anyway
if you want the same website , just download my easy website in my footer link ( click spoiler) and it shal work (username = test/test or root/test or only root/ )

do we realy need to answer that question

lets give it a try

if you change LOCALHOST ( aka 127.0.0.1 or internal loop ) to your ip adress then others will be able to acces your site , but that only counts if your firewall allows it , if port 80 is open , if your router forwarded your intern ip to your exern ip ( dmz as example) if apache is running on 0.0.0.0 (bind all) or to your exern ip and maybe a few other things

but to answer your question
localhost is what it says , it is LOCAL and not public to the internet
change it to a ip adress and we can do a lot more

ps: what has it to do with the topic tittle ?? , release eo website ??
