What is the diferent in the rates

"Rates Weapon:

* 0-1 = 100%
* 1-2 = 95%
* 2-3 = 90%
* 3-4 = 85%
* 4-5 = 80%
* 5-6 = 75%
* 6-7 = 60%
* 7-8 = 50%
* 8-9 = 40%
* 9-10 = 25%
* 10-11 = 20%
* 11-12 = 8%

the last 3 are wrong she have

9-10: 30%
10-11: 25%
11-12: 20% for weapon and armor

LOOOOOOOOL alta hab jez zich tausend mal versucht mir n neuen account zu machen wat is "Username already exist"....so dann auf lauchner das gleiche spiel ....entweder username exist oder die mail adresse kann nicht benutz werden LOL -.- ... was das fürn scheis alter ....u mein alter username geht auch nich -.- ... zeigt beim log in ine homepage error an oder "wrong pw or username"..... *'"'*?!(/&/%$§)'*****....
