I have (and it wouldn't even matter, for this) and its not possible.

Because its checking independent data, a bypass doesn't matter. It's not a dc taking place or anything its simply not reading the data that you manipulate.

Highest possible percentage for enchanting is 90% with int. Seeing as how rank effects burn success rate, maybe it's possible for 100% burn. I don't know, really. I've heard of somebody with it, though. He doesn't fail enchants for some reason and he uses them on upgraded weapons. x.x
