Is there a weekly/daily jobcoin limit ?
For FGW book collection you could add a 9D Mark II shield as reward (everyone needs a shield and its better than nothing)

I'm aware of what can happen, changing the + value is not a problem, we just thought that people are tired of players who come in and swipe their credit card then get a better gear than them and start playing the content faster than anyone else.

1st day - hit 90ff get FB+7 set
2nd day - start jobbing/pvping

not that bad imo

is there a job/guild leave penalty ?

There is, but you can remove them with scrolls from NPC.
