Problem to solve the noob people coming in: Give every person coming to this forum or joining ePVP a test of what knowlodge they havem. It can be multiple choice, and different questions, maybe like 100 questions and only 10 each time they join, and always update them so they can just go on other forums and beg for the answers. The questions should include something on file editing, packet editing, team work, and so on. If they do get 8/10 right they should be in. If they get it wrong and keep trying about 3 more times, block their IP for 15 days.

P.S. I am writing a bot - alone - without help - coz i didnt ask for help lol (if i finish it, it will be a nice multitool for mining, hunting, lvling, plvling, banking, bla bla, bla bla, ...) now i know the're things like this done - but i want to learn how to do it myself (no packets or more complex stuff - i want to immitate client moves so i dont need to rewrite every time they change memory address for the inventory)

I am new to elitepvpers as well, and I have been writing a simple program to monitor taoists. I have been using AutoIt v3 and it has been fun so far. It mostly works. I was wondering if you could read memory values with it... Any help?

Noobs are no problem if they would actually search for posts. The problem with noobs is they post USELESS posts asking for something impossible, and something alredy here on which they dont search for. Thats the only problem I see. They always spam, and those are just wasting pages of posts from Nbs. Maybe we should make a lvl 1.5 Forum for existing members lol and put noobs in lvl 1.

How about instead of doing that lvl 1 can only post like 4 posts per day, and after so many karma points or something they go to 1.5 which has no limits? that way lvl 1 still get lvl 1.5s to talk to and ask questions. It stops the extreme amount of spam and encourages posting that is useful.

Edit: or make is so lvl 1s cannot create a topic, they can only reply.

Hmmm, well, even though it means I wouldn't get a copy, I think it's a good idea to keep any good hacks a secret between those who make them and their friends. Especially if you make one that edits the packets, it would be sad to lose something like that. I'm studying up on hex editing and binary, hoping to be able to make my own hacks soon.

sooner or later the packet suite will be public anyway but only members on this forum will be alowed to use it
