I and only I. I've tried selling it and no one bought it so I decided to stash it away and be done with it. I currently have no intentions on releasing the source. It's really all not that complex to build something like this. I mean I could of written it much better than I did. By having the client communicate with the server through my own localhost blocking proxy to keep packets in sync with delivery. I would only need to hook connect() to do that. If anyone's interested in the source (not for free) then they know where to find me. Otherwise it will continue to sit on the my USB drive for the time being.
P.S. If anyone interesting in buying it (I've received offers currently). If you don't live in the U.S. then there's nothing I can do for you. I won't accept PayPal or any of that jazz. So that's a very select few people here and that's why it never sold. So, it sits in my source stash with everything else I haven't touched in years.

As noted above you can do some nasty stuff with such a tool if you know what you're doing. Otherwise it's good for learning the LC protocol. Anyone with knowledge in this kind of stuff could build one of the nastiest (e.g. most powerful) bots the LC community has ever seen, period. Although that would require understanding of the game and programming in general.
