The goal still remains the same: enabling us to easily manage our game-clients, as its predecessor, it relies on a profile based approach.
Is this what you meant?

Any chance of open-sourcing this project perhaps? So far it looks great, but there's still alot that can be improved and, obviously, implemented.

Not very likely to happen.

I remove unpacked Directory and eik/epk. But in the Programm the files are Still exist.
Like:
[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]
Remove all outdoor/indoor files.. but they will not removed. I already right click and remove the item. But on next start it will be pack.
also it takes about 1 Minute to load sometimes...

That is not a bug. The program cross-references both folders, for example: if you delete root.eix from the "Working Directory" but you already have it unpacked on the "Unpacked Directory" (therefore creating a folder named root on said path) the item won't be removed from the view, enabling you to repack the file if you wish to do so. To automatically remove the item delete all files associated with your Eter Pack File in both directories.

Regarding the "slow start", I have never experienced that in any version. When that happens, is an "errorLog.txt" file created? If so, please send it to me.

What do you mean by "refill the dirs"? I've tested the app, it's working as expected...

Another feature i think would be great, but i dont know if its possible.

You can already drag and drop to pack the files, so how about to have a drag and drop feature to add files in the Virtual tree view?

An example:

Imagine i want to add a the d:\ymir work\npc_pet

I would be able to open the Virtual view like this:
[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]
and then just drag that file over the npc_pet folder.

What do you think about that, is it possible?
