Make sure you have the needed Gears in this order bud:
40+ Gear 1 -> 20-25 Gear 2 -> 10-15 Gear 3 -> 5-10 Gear 4 -> 1-5 Gear 5

It works if you do as he said.
However it takes a bunch of pen to get it perm to begin with. It takes forever too.

Is there a chance to get the Guass rifle Mk2 Unique Cauz i tried over 80 times And i get just perm and 15days ...

And also the burst Shotgun and the light machine gun it Failed craft

You do get Uniques bud, I got UNIQUE Lucifer, Spy Dagger, Guass riffle, and the sniper.
About the failed to craft, I also had that same problem and this is what I did:
I crafted 25 Gear 2 -> 15 Gear 3 -> 10 Gear 4 -> 5 Gear 5. And it fixed my problem. I hope it fixes yours too. GOOD LUCK! :D

Yeah, it takes lots of pen but it is worth it in my opinion :D
