i was used potions on my main too but not botrk. i wasnt banned for this and no one was figured out. other players dont see that u have that hacked pot's in inventory and one time they ask me why am i jungling without potions but no one reported me. dont scare if no one reports u.

Just reminding that this is illegal, against the ToS and against this forum rules. It may also result in a perma IP ban, even if noone of the players ingame finds out. Riot has also stated that they are monitoring their servers for such exploits and will ban the users who use them.
BUT!
I've used this on my smurf on EUNE, worked, nobody found out. Aaaaand I've got banned after 2 days of using it.
