Does the item dupe with sync still work for NC1? And I can't get the money dupe to work either. ...

1. Use Mobile Citycom
2. Goto CLan account
3. Put numbers into money box

Then what do i do?

walk with the open cittycom through a sync.
by doing that, press the submit button.
all u need it timing, u must press it short before u r in the sync
