its not hard/// i tried replacing the mobs and it works...

the only prob is when you edit something.. the byte size changes (easy to fix) and the checksum changes (still figuiring out what type)

I think both LUA and STG files can be opened in a text editor...

FRM files, on the other hand, are a different matter. I'll check on it tomorrow.

frm are extensions for visual basic6...

im editing the monstertemplate... there you can set the exp bonus and gp bonus... ^^

just nid to fix that checksum incompatibility...

Doesn't GC check those values with the server? But, anyway, goodluck with that! ^^

While I'm figuring out how to downgrade GG using your "checksum" theory, I have these laid out for tomorrow:

1. Record some Tagalog/Filipino WAVs
2. Change character skins

That should keep me occupied this weekend ^^ Everyone's welcome to help BTW.

Based on what I've done so far, editing script.kom for exp / gp / item hacks does not work as the determination of the values for these are still server-sided (as far as GCPH is concerned). I believe the script.kom is used more for the client.

what's the best thing for the mobs to do? please choose..

a. just walking around

b. always stone cursed

c. waiting (not moving)
