first tell when you were banned.(date if so).
then tell any fake reason like "i was playing arena,earned lot of money,and put upgrade tech.then i closed the gmae.after 4-5 hours,when i opened the game to play,it shows i was banned."
then tell that you have played legitamately since beginning and had not used hacks of any kind.(additionally you can say that u play on android,have given 5 stars for the game in playstore etc.)

then give your real fb name,
dead trigger 2 account name(if personal account give username)

thats all.....
cannot be sure that they will unban you,still try.ometimes they unban you.....

What is DEAD TRIGGER 2 personal account?
DEAD TRIGGER 2 personal account is an account that you can use to log in to the game. Personal account is not dependent on device type and can be used across all platforms. With one account, you can play on Android or iOS. We recommend that you create a personal account because of its non-dependence on a concrete type of device.

How to create DEAD TRIGGER 2 personal account?
DEAD TRIGGER 2 allows you to create your personal account at the start of gameplay. Tap on "Login or create personal account", then tap "New user" and fill in your name and password.

How to make sure you will not loose your credentials?
Log in to the game and go to HIDEOUT. In OPTIONS choose MY PROFILE and "EDIT ACCOUNT" button. Here you can enter in your e-mail address so that you can create a new password if needed. Please note that if you do not enter an e-mail address, there will be no way for you to create a new password in the case of a loss or forgotten password.

i think only available in android,we can make personel account.after made can be used in pc.iam using personel account...
