Does the recovery of hp/mp during sitting gets faster too or is it rly only for attacking?

last time it work for me at version 1.5.0.9 but now it didnt anyone know the problem? is it cause of the server verison is at 1.5.1.15?

Ive used cheat engine forever, it only makes it seem like your attacking fast but u still have to wait for the timings on attacks, and no normal non skill attacking is just as fast too.

What i find is that its the opposite of what he says.
You do run fast, but you attack normal and glitchy.
