Let me explain it how it works if you have increased Job Reward. For example the Trader has 10M Goods and looses it. If the Thief brings it to the Store the Thief gets for example 100M out of it. So theres still an amount of 90M which got created within 5minutes by cheating.

About the Starter Dress you are really the first who complains about a free dress been given :D
I dont think theres a problem with the Dress cause some people can buy Dresses from other people if they dont like the beginner Dress

u can slove this problem by decreasing the thieves profit

You can decreasing but they'll still get coins.


Well, you dont need to job for getting endgear. You obtain it by Uniques too.

huge jobwars during trades are insane but no one will job as a thief without any reward.
There must be a reward for thiefs... Not everyone wants to kill uniques or other things to get coins. For some builds it is impossible to kill unqiues

We have teleports from b1-b4. Also we tried to balance the spawnrate a bit, we made lower spawns and unneccesary points(for example low level) and increased the spawns at higher level monsters.
