When you want to start the pserver client, what are you using? A Launcher, a shortcut on the desktop or just the wow exe? If you are using the launcher, the pserver wow.exe was renamed to something like: panda.dat or so. I can't check, because my hard drive is nearly full. You gotta check the install dir of the pserver client for something like panda.dat
Or launch the client and look at your processes via task mgr. and try to find the executeable there.

if you are using the wow.exe it's wierd that the morpher can't find the process. The Morpher tryes to find a process called "wow.exe" and if the Morpher can find the process, it injects itself and If the version is wrong, there would be an error message like "Wrong wow version" but not "can't find Process"
