There is a small chance that it is not down, and instead what you perceive to be server crashes are instead client crashes.

Since it is on the list and your client crashes when you choose it. That does not sound like the server is down to me.

If it intends to be a reliable server that is up 24/7, there needs to be more communication from the hoster into why its always down or no one is going to play on that server and stay.

Please keep in mind that the epic 5.2 files were just released and were not fully complete. Does the client give an error or just stops responding and crash?

I have come across client crashes when you select the server before. It is normally a packet issue, either the character read packet or a server login packet. So if the crash is indeed happening on server select then it is most likely the wrong client.

we had port conflict is all :) should be better now as long as you use the proper client now

Have you change the rates? Drops seem lakluster now.

Also, Cash shop NPC not in Horizon and rates in general have decreased. I have lost item quantities, as they have reverted to 1 of each.

Are you guys still trying to make the 5.2 server work? sure it does not crash now, but theres one more issue:

The Cash Shop guy in Horiozn is not there anymore, did it get moved to the HV buffer? becauses it there now but the Cash Shop NPC buttons are broken now, meaning that the players are unable to buy CS items, its been like this for a week now.

and the CV dungeon arent accessible too, pets wont do normal attacks just skill and the 5.2 server are not on the server list, hope they'll fix it soon cause dont wanna play on 8.1/8.2 that are raped versions.

you can't the server keeps crashing and the CS npc guy is bugged to not sell anything so i dont see the point in this server its never ever up.
