works windows 7, 64 bit

I run it as Admin, it shows up for a couple seconds and says "Conectando con el Foro, por favor espere" - 'Connecting to forum, please wait' And then it just goes off, what do I do?
- My Anti-Virus is off, but doesn't change a thing.
