The server looks real. He somehow found the way to copy korean client because i know how it is in korea server. so yeah it is Korean server with little translations. If it really is working fine, its gonna be sick and also im assuming webzen will do serious action against this server because it has everything which Webzen does so they won't let it alive for long.
second, chinese server has nothing to do with Webzen at all.
third, it is korean because i play korean archlord sometimes untill today.
