Assuming you are using the 8.1 files because you have given very little information.

Did you rename your Arcadia8_1 database to Arcadia after restoring it?

Because it will crash shortly after start up like you describe if the .opt file as compressed is directing it to Arcadia and all it can find is Arcadia8_1

Your client version may not match your server files.

Der Auth server öffnet den set game.open_external 1 modus nicht woran kann das liegen?

Der Auth Server öffnet den Modus immer...es ist normal, dass dabei nichts angezeigt wird im auth server...

Drück mal F1 und gib dann show game.open_external ein. Danach sollte game.open_external: 1 erscheinen. Das SET game.open_external 1 ist eine einfache Zuweisung und funktioniert immer!

Wichtig ist nur, dass du vorher start_service eingibst.

Could be your ports are not correct, your client is not the correct client for the version of server files you have, your server addresses are not correct, your sframe may not match the client / server.

what is the io.port of your gameserver? This error occures if the client is unable to switch from authserver to gameserver.

Normally this is caused by a blocked io.port

i want to change the password in the SQL database but it does not work
everytime i click "ok" the password does not change

So i want to change the Password of my ingame login account
i´ve created in my Microsoft SQL Server Management under the safety folder and the registrations folder a new registration called admin.

Now i want to change the password of this registration

But when i change the Password by clicking ok he does not assume the new password.
If i reopen the Properties the old password is still there
nothing has changed
so i cant change my rappelz login-password for the admin registration
