Most of us don't even enjoy playin SRO that much on pc, I don't imagine server's population on mobile phone, 50% stalling, 40% botting, 10% bored and chatting with friends
Yeah, I know about "SRO" for mobile, it is nothing like the real SRO. I can't remember where I have seen it, probably SRF.Quote:

I know many think mobile market is the future, but I have seen companies like Sony proving this is wrong
also, the Mobile SRO has already some pics, and it is a "Tower Defense" game
wow, for first time, i know something other kral ppl dont XDQuote:

I agree with you in a lot of points but cpu being quad core is absolutely a trick. Galaxy s3`s quad core cpu wouldn`t be faster than a single hyper threading enabled pc processor core for many factors. Size of caches, transistor count, clock speed, cooling and many more factors. And the PC operating systems have different kind of memory management. A 512 mb ram pc could very well handle that game if you install it a mobile operating system and the game`s developers compile the game especially for your pc`s cpu. I have a laptop with 2gb ram and a pc with 16gb ram. When i start ubuntu-gnome on this laptop it uses only 90mb of ram at the startup. But in the pc it uses 600mb of the ram. Same with windows 7. Laptop uses 500mb at startup but the pc uses 1.6gb. I tried it with the same up to date versions of many operating systems. The more ram you add, the more software will use. If an old pc won`t play that game as good as an ipad, that is only because of the software`s compatibility. The mobile devices don't deserve their prices for their ultra low end hardware. But it is always gonna be a need so they make it expensive.Quote:
The only one thing your PC uses while having no apps opened - is OS.
Let's see what do we have on android - OS, GSM module, 3G/4G module, bunch of different radios, homescreens, animations, tons of widgets, wallpapers, any special functions depending on phone manufacturer, checks from push servers etc.
Do you really think RAM thing is a trick? It's not. It's just not the same as in the PC industry. Same with tablets. I play games with stunning graphics on my iPad, and it has only 512 Mb of RAM. PC with even 1Gb ram wouldn't run this game smoothly.
The biggest trick in phone industry is megapixels, people think the more of them are - the better picture quality will be.
Actually the more RAM/Cores are - the better it is for managing a lot of powerful apps. However, it will drain your giant battery in few hours with SRO server turned on lol.
SRO uses DirectX, so I can see more problems related with software compatibility rather than low hardware.Quote:
with the tegra 4,which is a really powerful mobile processor(possibly the most powerful) you could potentially run sro on lowest settings to be honest
Enlighten me if i am wrong, but what fight exactly we will win? Most of the updates we take is from joymax itself and since we dont have the SRC and joymax will close, We will close eventually too.Quote:
Joymax going down i swear i hope it so much! :D
SUCKROAD DIE!
But now the Privat Servers will WIn the fight
Why do you compare Samsung? Do you even know anything about their CPU? They are using their own made Exynos chipset (mostly) which is designed to show full power only on benchmarks. It's power is reduced on usual usage to save the battery life. For example new Exynos Octa (8 core processor) hasn't even got real 8 cores. Only 4 cores are working, other 4 cores are saving battery life. They are showing clock speed only in benchmarks. Also, there is no software and hardware integration, Samsung just doesn't know anything about it. High-end games launch on iPhone faster than on all the samsungs.Quote:

@PortalDark
The game in that video looks pretty amazing.
