riot can all take back from u
rp and ip and thinks u buy from this
and ban u from ref 2 system

nothing more
ur account get no ban
only ban from ref system

Galifas answered the question perfectly :) I've done over 600 refs on my main account and haven't had any bans or rollbacks.
