[Guide] Starting your LOCAL rohan private server

no problem..
not 192 but RohanAuth web based..(.asp file)

Note : 192.exe , MAPCH those fie code175 version..have limitation using..
break the 192.exe and MAPCH for bypass limitation protection..
for 192.exe hes file protected with Dongle and limitation (double protetcion)

so if you have limitation using those file..you can change MAP Server with RHos Version..and change 192.exe with Web Based Auth...like zzrachiel..

Change 192.exe with web based auth? You mean by using XAMPControl as zzrachiel post on the first page?
But zzrachiel said at the bottom of the post "Ok, in the 192.exe window, after you login you get some bla bla bla", he actually use the 192.exe as well?

yup..change with rohanauth web based like zrachiel by using xamp,,because if u use 192.exe yo will have problem with limitation using at 192.exe and MAPCH.

no..192.exe at the bottom..it first post zrachien before he release RohanAuth by xamp..

There's no need to use the 192.exe now.
The login server is ported to xampp.

So we start:
apache from xampp
agentserver
dbserver
log server
map server

and then we can play?

My AIServer can't connect to DB.

zzrachiel you better teach people here how to make rohanauth can run well on their OS..
such as:
step 1: install XAMP on port blah blah blah
Step 2: edit on the file .. bla bla bla ...
Step 3: ....... and so on

so they can learn how to make the server run properly step by step.

I won't teach anybody anything. If i do that soon there'll be thousands of private servers bases on this version and that would ruin the game.

Also, there's no need to install xamp or anything else. It's all there, just need to follow my guide.

For the one with the AI server problem: i usually don't run AI server, so i wasn't aware of that bug.

I don t want to teach me,but when i try to log in i get http error with that gg client,what client should i use and i need to config something on the vm?

even though you have teach them
but not as easy to open private server,,security, hardware, Bandwith alocation, development team..
how much they should spend money to open PS..is not easy..
i think this version just for funny, because all of rohan official have to update till kalistia..and this version just till fire temple

but it all comes back to your decisions ..

You are right rhodevil all i want is to play with my friends not to realease a private server,i don t think someone will open a PS with this files,there is too much to work for a decent server.
I can t find a client to connect to the server,or i don t know how to do it idk :|
