As Von said, if you want to open the process as well, please download and install his suggestion tools, :) some computers are out of up to date about the Visual c++ 2012.

As I already said, it means:

- NDLon.exe has not enough privileges to open the process.
-> Executing it as an Administrator might fix the problem

OR/AND

- The name of the process is not the right one (case sensitive)
-> Check the name
