Everything look working fine for my exept that thing with the players most of them have 999ping and i cant see them! What can i do for that?

Its you, it is your local network or you pc.
It is your peer 2 peer failure, check your pc and check if your ports are forwarded.

External port: 5350 Internal port: 5350 Protocol: UDP
External port: 5351 Internal port: 5351 Protocol: UDP

If you have forwarded those correctly then you suppose to see everyone!
