Yea, they are hardcoded on the gameserver but all the fortress npcs are already coded, they are even on the db, so we have to do nothing but spawn them.
The pulleys, there are 2 ways to make it work:
1. Disable 2 existing Fortress (Jangan+Bandit for example, because jangan have 3 pulleys and bandit 2) and use the pulleys' code from those on the consta fortress.
2. Codecave the gameserver for add the 4 new pulleys

Right now I'm working on the 2nd option, this is the first time I codecave anything, so I'm basically failing a lot XD

I linked the register to the Jangan NPC, I don't want to create another NPC for the fortress, I prefer to keep all the registers well sorted. Check the siege tables and pk2 siege files, you will find the register npc there.

Hello, I added regions & etc.. but when i add anything to the siege files in media.pk2, client is getting crashed.

Siege files and db data must match. The error could be in so many places, but for example, the structures require the eventzonedata.txt file, which I can't see on your pic. Do not copy directly the files from the sro-r media, insert the new data on the vsro files.

Does anyone knows if it is normal that the guard scroll spawns only 1 guard? Or it should spawn a group of guards? I never owned a fortress so I dont know >_<

I spawned several of them at Ex.SRO-R.

As far as i remember you could spawn 1 Guardian / Scroll

Max.Limit is 25 i guess.
