[Release] Rappelz Epic 7.4 Server Files + Databases

it's missing dbo.ItemEffectResource and SetItemEffectResource
and it has alot of bugs ~~ why didnt you release the full one ??

The important part in the repack is the 7.4 GS everything else you can do on your own.
