Your refs are safe.

Anyone can redeem 4x ip boost? I lost a few of them by trying to redeem them they disappeared but not charged to my account. I'm thinking about opening a support ticket but I am concerned about getting all my refs deleted you know they are bots at all.

Nah, Old players lost it.. I just tried to do referrals for an old lvl 1 bot account, and I could redeem them, actually worked!! but the lvl 30 accounts, seem to be bugged.

Ip boost redeem thing fixed. Both me and my friend can redeem new ip boosts but I don't think they will give us back to missing ones. So bad I lost about 10x 4x ip boost. 40x ip boost is nothing since we can get in one day but my friend lost 975rp thing thats so sad.

I think we need just wait, maybe they gonna fix this soon.

I change 1.0 to 2.0 but I forgot to redeem 975 Riot Points someone can help me how to get them? :@

Sorry man, no way to get it back :\

Edit: IP boosts you can now redeem. Make sure it works for you - redeem one first, ensure it shows up in game, but it worked for me

you lost them, no way to get them back - you accepted that by changing to the new Ref2.0 System.

All my friends got refs back - i guess it's the end of the problem :)
