I have to agree with LaHonda781. Even if you fixed the cert problem you would still need to check your security and if someone with experience is offering it for quite a reasonable price you should consider it in my opinion.

The owners of those vsro filed servers won`t sue Oriya why ? becouse they are also not listening to the law by hosting a psro server.

Hacking into a dedicated server, its your job, and you can easily report the hack to your dedicated seller, and then report the person.
It has nothing to do with your illegal files.
They wont even ask for license.
