OMG you tards! How many times did he say that you need to drop the item on the ground, pick it up and then equip it to get the stats from it? My god man...read the freakin instructions. This works perfectly well for me on the private server that I play, so if you're unable to get it to work you either don't understand simple English or just need to move on.

but its damn for pvp because when you gain 1 honor point you have to drop and equip again >_<
